God's Plan

Filial Piety

Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the Lord your God gives you.

Exodus 20.12

Siblings Love

Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down upon the beard, upon the beard of Aaron, running down on the collar of his robes! It is like the dew of Hermon, which falls on the mountains of Zion! For there the Lord has commanded the blessing, life for evermore.

Psalm 133

Conjugal Love

From the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.' So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.

Mark 10.6-9

Some Pharisees came up to him and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful to divorce one’s wife for any cause?” He answered, “Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.” They said to him, “Why then did Moses command one to give a certificate of divorce, and to put her away?” He said to them, “For your hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery.

Matthew 19.3-9

The Lord is the witness between you and the wife of your youth, because you have broken faith with her, though she is your partner, the wife of your marriage covenant. Has not the Lord made them one? In flesh and spirit they are his. And why one? Because he was seeking godly offspring. So guard yourself in your spirit, and do not break faith with the wife of your youth. For I hate divorce, says the Lord God of Israel.

Malachi 2.14-16

Parental Love

God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.”

Genesis 1.28

Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.

Proverbs 22.6

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Ephesians 6.4

The family is the smallest unit where we can practice and perfect the Four Great Loves - The Four Great Hearts: true parental love, true brotherly and sisterly love, true conjugal love and true filial love. A true family is the foundation of its members’ true love and true happiness. It is where true life and true lineage sprouts. A true family is the training ground and school to achieve true love and true character.

Through personal stories and real world examples, Thomas proves what husbands and wives can begin doing today to turn their marriage around even a marriage marred by neglect and disrespect.

So how do you cherish your spouse? Thomas will show you how going out of your way to notice them, appreciate them, honor them, encourage them, and hold them close to your heart will bring hope, light, and life into your marriage.”

Awaken Love

Ruth Buezis began the Awaken-Love ministry out of her own experiences, struggles, and transformation. Her journey began after studying Song of Songs, when Ruth realized that she is God’s beloved, which led to a deeper intimacy with God and her husband. In 2012, God called her to share how this new intimacy and freedom transformed her marriage. He filled Ruth with the boldness to share His truth on a subject that the church often avoids: sex! Her heart’s cry is for Christi ans to grow in intimacy with God and their spouses so that they are fully known and unashamed. In addition to teaching Awaken-Love classes, she helps lead women’s Bible study, serves on her church’s Marriage Ministry team, mentors women, and is an integral part of a church plant. Ruth has been happily married to her husband Jim for over 29 years and has raised four incredible daughters. She attends Plymouth Covenant Church in Plymouth, MN.

Most people realize how destructive sex is outside of God’s design, but do we also realize how powerful sex can be within marriage? Awaken Love gives couples an understanding of God’s design for sex. But we also go beyond these biblical truths to help you figure out how to experience God’s full freedom and blessing in your marriage. We don’t talk about sex just in vague spiritual terms but in respectful conversations that educate, encourage, and heal. Awaken Love is about reclaiming the amazing way that God gave us to connect with our spouses and acknowledging that it does not necessarily come naturally or easily. We invite you to begin a lifelong journey of growing in intimacy with your spouse today—a journey that never gets boring and brings you closer to God.

We believe:
1. God can transform you and your marriage.
2. God created sex for wives as much as for husbands.
3. Sex is a powerful gift from God that connects us in ways that are unexplainable.
4. Sex must be measured against God’s design—oneness, knowing, pleasure, etc.
5. God desires freedom in our marriage beds, but we must deal with the lies, baggage and body image issues that hold us back.
6. God wants us to experience so much more—marriage is not supposed to get boring.
7. Sex is much more than intercourse—it is seeing each other naked and unashamed, it is joining two into one, and it is a holy communion with God.
8. The best thing we can do for our kids is have a lifelong love affair with our spouse.
9. We can learn to talk about sex in good and healthy ways that equip and encourage others.
10. Intimacy is always about our relationship with God—it is a mirror.

Ruth offers classes on site and on line. She also holds speaking engagements.

She also offers a book, Awaken Love: The Truth About Sex that will Transform Your Marriage

After years of buying into the same old messages about sex, Ruth went searching for God’s truth and discovered something radically different. By sharing her own journey to sexual freedom and the stories of the women she’s taught, you will come away with a new mindset about sex and a deep-seated belief that God designed each of us unique, special – and created for delights.

Rob Carvell, born in England, started his adult life as a sound engineer touring the world with superstar rock and roll bands. But he received his call from God to come to the USA in 1976, this country’s bicentennial. He spent the next 12 years on the spiritual frontlines working with various programs and crusades, eventually becoming a pastor in Austin TX and then Little Rock AR. In 1988 he moved to NY to help build a TV and recording studio complex for the church and stayed on to help in its operations for 28 years. He continues to utilize this skill as a technical director and stage manager for various festivals such as the Rod of Iron Freedom Festival and the America the Great Festival held annually.

Gabriella (Gaia) Carvell, born in Italy, became a neo-natal nurse by her father’s choice. In 1976 she started a Ginseng business in Milano, traveling around Italy to demonstrate the wondrous medicinal value of this natural root. In 1986 she came to America where she focused on raising her children whilst providing full-time care for a relative with severe mental and physical handicaps. During this time, she studied holistic health care. But she was always ready to share her faith wherever, and with whoever she could. In 2015, after serving for a few years with a high-profile Anglican Bishop, she was ordained as a Chaplain. An ordinary woman doing extra-ordinary things.

Both having lost their first spouse, they re-married in 2016. Discovering their shared love for God and Christ, and their mutual desire to share this with others, they co-authored five books.

They now live in NE Tennessee and are both active in the World Peace and Unification Sanctuary simply known as Sanctuary Church.

Absolute Good Sex

Book Three of the Gospel Family Anthology

Sex dominates so much of who we are today, and along with the incredible confusion surrounding our sexual identity can bring us great misery. In this book, we look at sex from the Judeo/Christian perspective. With the operating instructions God has given us we can find happiness as an individual, as a family and as a society. The freedom that clarity of heart and mind brings is in stark contrast to the enslavement of carnal desires. We invite you to join us in this wonderful journey of discovery towards true love.

What is the difference between a man and a woman? Their bodies, including the sexual organs. The human sexual organs are shaped as concave and convex. Why are they shaped differently? Each is for the sake of the other. A man’s sexual organ exist for the sake of a woman. A woman’s sexual organ exists for the sake of a man. Until now, we did not know the fact that, absolutely, a woman’s sexual organ belongs to her husband, and a man’s sexual organ belongs to his wife. By owning each other’s sexual organs, a husband and wife can come to know True Love.
